You can access the Device administrator pressing the menu start typing Device management in the search field below and then clicking on the first available result. The next step is to go to the utility Device management and verify that the PC has "forgotten" the printer. The removal procedure should be quite simple: after selecting the Epson software, just click the button Uninstall / Change located at the top and follow the instructions on the screen (usually just press always Next / Forward and that's it) if you use Windows 10, you can uninstall the Epson drivers by going to adjustments (the settings icon located in the Start menu) and selecting the items System> Applications and characteristics from the screen that opens.
